We are proud to host Edge & Sons award winning butchers in our in-house concession.  A Wirral family firm since 1844, Edge Butchers don’t just specialise in rare breeds they are a rare breed themselves. One of only nine remaining British butchers that have in-house slaughterhouse facilities; their traditional methods and attitude enable them to specialises in supplying the very best meat from local, free range, British, native and rare breed livestock.
The meat they sell is great tasting, 
locally sourced, traditionally bred, naturally fed & farmed, compassionately handled, expertly butchered and then appropriately hung and matured. Having such quality of produce and expert advice and site is a great privilege.
